| 摘 要： | [目的]应用终末期肝病模型（MELD评分）评价前列腺素E1脂微球载体制剂（Lipo PGE1）对慢性重型肝炎的治疗作用。[方法]108例慢性重型肝炎随机分成治疗组、对照组,对照组53例予一般综合治疗,治疗组55例在一般综合治疗基础上加用Lipo PGE120μg/d,疗程4周,观察两组治疗前后MELD评分的变化。[结果]治疗组患者治疗后MELD评分（22.18±10.08）,与治疗前MELD评分（28.36±7.61）相比明显下降,差异有显著性意义,P〈0.05;与对照组治疗后的评分（27.82±9.64）相比差异也有显著性意义,P〈0.05。[结论]Lipo PGE1对慢性重型肝炎有明显疗效,可改善病人的短期预后。 |
