| 摘 要： | 探讨依托旅游城市优势．通过积极开展旅游医疗保健服务和高层领导的医疗保健．开展个性化护理，多样化护理和全程护理．使患的治疗、护理、生活．学习、休息被充分关怀照顾，利益和人格得到充分尊重，患护理满意度为96％．经济效益和社会效益显特需病房的多元化护理前途无量，应加强护理人员的素质培养和医院机制改革、体制创新。

| Abstract: | To explore to develop personalized nursing,multiple nursing and all-course nursing by making use of advantages of tourist city and developing tourist medical care service and medical care for senior leaders,so as to take the patients' treatment,nursing,life,study and rest into full consideration and respect their benefit and personality fully. Patients' satisfactory rate reached 96% and economic benefit and social benefit were remarkable. Multiple nursing has a bright future and the cultivation of nursing staff's quality,mechanism reform of hospital and innovation of system should be strengthened. |
