| 摘 要： | 目的:评价更昔洛韦联合丙种球蛋白治疗重症传染性单核细胞增多症的疗效。方法:治疗组25例用更昔洛韦联合丙种球蛋白治疗,对照组25例单纯以更昔洛韦治疗,比较两组有效率。结果:治疗组有效率为88.0%,对照组为60.0%,两组有效率有显著性差异(P<0 05)。结论:应用丙种球蛋白联合更昔洛韦治疗重症传染性单核细胞增多症是一种安全、疗效明显的治疗方案。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of IVIG and ganciclovir on the children with infectious mononucleosis.Methods:50 children with IM were divided into two groups..The effects of the drugs in treating IM were analyzed.Results:The effectual rates of esperimental group(88% respectively) were significantly higher than that of control group(60% respectively)(P<0.01),and the hospitalization was shor.Conclusion:IVIG and ganciclovir are effective in treating IM. |
