还原型谷胱甘肽对抗结核药物肝损害预防效果的观察

摘    要:目的评价还原型谷胱甘肽对抗结核药物肝损害的预防效果。方法随机将716例初治肺结核患者分为治疗组(358例)和对照组(358例)。2组均采用2HRZE(S)/4HR方案抗结核治疗,治疗组强化期加用还原型谷胱甘肽1.2g/d,静滴连用2个月。观察2组患者强化期的肝损害情况及强化期结束时痰菌阴转率。结果治疗2个月肝损害的发生率,治疗组为10.06%,对照组为20.11%,有显著性差异(P〈0.05);强化期结束时涂阳病人痰菌阴转率,治疗组91.76%,对照组91.72%,无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽能降低抗结核药物的肝损害,同时不影响抗结核药物的疗效。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the preventive effect of GSH for drug-related hepatic injury of anti-tubercle medicine. Method 716 cases of newly diagnosed tuberculosis patients were divided into the treatment group (358 cases) and the control group (358 cases ). Two groups both adopted 2 HRZE ( S)/4HR program of anti-tuberculosis treatment. The treatment group added GSH injection intravenous 1.2 g for two months in the reinforcement period. The incidence of hepatic injury and the sputum negative conversion rate in the smear-positive patients were measured in the two group at the end of the reinforcement period. Results After two-month treatment, the incidence of hepatic injury was 10. 06% in the treatment group, and was 20. 11% in the control group. The difference was significant (P 〈 0. 05 ), the sputum negative conversion rate in the smear-positive patients was 91.76% in the treatment group and was 91.72% in the control group. There was no significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion GSH can reduce the drug-related hepatic injury of anti-tubercle medicine, which does not affect the efficacy of anti-tuberculosis drugs.
