摘    要:目的了解护士不同岗位及工作压力与主观幸福感的现状,探讨二者之间的相关性及其影响因素。方法采用综合幸福问卷及工作压力源量表对470名在职护士进行调查。结果护士的主观幸福感得分为(64.65±9.05);未婚护士得分为(57.26±8.41),已婚护士得分为(66.49±20.15),二者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.677,P〈0.01)。护士长和非临床一线的护士具有较高幸福感,临床一线外科、内科、门诊等科室的护士呈现低幸福感。工作压力与幸福感具有负相关性,工作压力越大,幸福感越低。结论护士总体的主观幸福感偏低,婚否和不同岗位护士的主观幸福感存在差异,工作压力与主观幸福感相关。加强护士的人文关怀,指导广大护士正确职业定位,增强其职业归属感,减轻护士的工作压力,提高护士总体的幸福感,为构建和谐医院奠定良好的人文环境。

Abstract:Objective To have knowledge about the current situation of nurses in different positions, workplace stress and subjective well-being, and to explore their correlations and influencing factors. Method A survey of 470 nurses was conducted using comprehensive happiness questionnaire and workplace stressor scale. Results Scores on subjective well-being of the nurses were (64.65±9.05); scores of unmarried nurses were (57.26± 8.41) while those of married nurses were (66.49 ± 20.15), and the differences were statistically significant (χ2 =4.677, P〈0.01). The head nurse and non-clinical nurses had a relatively high level of happiness, and nurses from departments such as clinical surgery, internal medicine and outpatient had a low level of happi- ness. Workplace stress was negatively correlated with sense of happiness, and the higher the stress, the lower the sense of happiness. Conclusion Overall level of happiness in nurses is a little bit low. Subjective well-being of the nurses differs from their marital status and positions, and the work stress is correlated with subjective well-being. Emphasizing humanistic care on nurses, instructing nurses to correctly define their occupational position, improving their sense of belonging for the occupation, easing their workplace stress and increasing the overall sense of happiness in them will create favorable humanistic environment for building harmonious hospitals.
