PNF技术联合综合疗法治疗脊柱外伤并不全瘫疗效观察

目的观察早期神经肌肉本体感觉促进疗法（PNF）联合常规运动疗法、高压氧、针灸治疗胸腰段脊柱外伤并不全瘫的临床效果。方法胸腰段脊柱外伤合并不全瘫患者30例,均手术解除脊髓压迫后,随机分为A组和B组,每组15例。A组采用PNF联合常规运动疗法、高压氧及针灸治疗;B组采用常规运动疗法、高压氧及针灸治疗,两组均治疗6个月。观察两组康复治疗前后感觉评分,运动评分和日常生活能力量表（Barthel指数）评分的差异。结果两组康复治疗后感觉评分、运动评分、Barthel指数均较治疗前明显升高（P〈0.05）。A组康复治疗后感觉评分、运动评分、Barthel指数比B组升高更明显（P〈0.05）。结论 PNF联合常规运动疗法、高压氧、针灸治疗脊柱外伤并不全瘫患者有助于脊髓功能的恢复,提高患者的运动能力,改善患者的生活自理能力。

Effects of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Combined with Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy on Spinal Cord Injury Complicated with Paraplegia

Objective To observe the effects of early proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation（PNF） with regular exercise therapy,hyperbaric oxygenation（HBO） and acupuncture on thoracolumbar spinal cord injury complicated with paraplegia. Methods Thirty cases of thoracolumbar spinal cord injury complicated with paraplegia who had undergone spinal decompression were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 15 cases in each group. Group A was given PNF combined with regular exercise therapy,HBO and acupuncture. Group B was given regular exercise therapy,HBO and acupuncture. The treatment lasted for 6 months in two groups. The feeling score,motion score and Barthel score before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results The feeling score,motion score and Barthel score increased significantly in two groups after treatment in contrast with those before treatment（P〈0. 05）. The increase of feeling score,motion score and Barthel score in group A was more significant than that in group B（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion PNF combined with regular exercise therapy,HBO and acupuncture is beneficial to recovery of spinal cord,improve sports ability and self-care ability in patients with spinal cord injury complicated with paraplegia.
