广西伽玛刀配置及性能和放射防护检测结果

目的：了解广西伽玛刀配置、放射治疗的性能质量和放射防护效果。方法：对伽玛刀的配置进行现场调查记录；采用电离室法、胶片法和γ外照射测定法对性能质量和放射防护效果进行检测；依据有关国家和企业标准进行评价。结果：广西装备的伽玛刀共有3台，全部为国产设备，其中体部伽玛刀1台，头部伽玛刀2台；性能除1台头部伽玛刀的焦点剂量率偏低不合格外，其余性能检测项目均合格；放射防护检测项目均合格；结论：广西伽玛刀的配置已满足需求，应严格实行配置管理的规定；1台头部伽玛刀须更换放射源，2台伽玛刀各项指标符合相关的标准，可以用于放射治疗工作；伽玛刀周围的辐射剂量较高，从事放射治疗工作人员应尽可能远离和减少接触时间，以确保自身的职业健康安全；有关医疗机构应及时申请办理配置许可，制定治疗规范，提高治疗质量，控制扩大适应范围治疗；有关部门应加强监督管理和实行国家规定的年度性能质量及放射防护效果检测，确保伽玛刀在正常的状态下运行。

The disposition, performance and radioactivity protection examination on gamma knife in Guangxi

Objective：To understand the situation of disposition, the radiotherapy performance quality and the radioactivity protection effect on gamma knife in Guangxi. Methods：To investigate and record the gamma knife disposition on the scene, examine the radiotherapy performance quality and the radioactivity protection effect by ionization chamber, the film and the gamma external radiation, based on related national and the enterprise standard. Results：There are three gamma knife equipments in Guangxi, one is body department gamma knife and forehead gamma knife two ,which completely the domestically produced . All the Performance index is normal except the forehead gamma knife focal point dose rate among the three＇s. The radioactivity protection examination indexs are qualified. Conclusion：The disposition of gamma knife has met the need in Guangxi, should stipulate strictly. The one forehead gamma knife must be replaced with new radioactive source, the each index of the rest two conforms to the related standard, may work normally on the radiotherapy. The radiotherapy staff should be far away the radioactive resouce and minimum the contact duration, ensure own self occupational health. The related medical establishments should apply license of the disposition timely, set treatment standard, improve the treatment quality, control adaptation scope of treatment; The concerned agency should strengthen the management, supervise and examination of performance quality and the emission protection effect according to the national stipulation yearly, ensure the function of gamma knife under the normal condition.
