后颅窝肿瘤的影像诊断价值

目的:总结分析33例后颅窝肿瘤的CT或MRI特征,提高对后颅窝肿瘤的诊断价值。方法:33例肿瘤中29例经手术病理证实,4例经临床影像诊断。所有患者均行CT平扫和增强扫描,其中18例行MR检查。结果:听神经瘤7例,脑膜瘤4例,Ⅰ级星形细胞瘤3例,Ⅱ级~Ⅲ级星形细胞瘤2例,少枝胶质细胞瘤1例,血管母细胞瘤2例,室管膜瘤、髓母细胞瘤、三叉神经瘤、单发脑转移瘤各2例,胆脂瘤及蛛网膜囊肿各1例,以上均为手术病理证实;经临床影像诊断转移瘤4例。结论:后颅窝瘤有其好发部位,CT和MRI可清晰显示后颅窝肿瘤的不同特点。

Value of Imaging In DiagnosisPosterior Fossa Tumors

Objective 33 cases of posterior fossa tumors were analyses with CT or MRI,value of imaging diagnoses were discussed.Methods 29 of 33 cases were proved with pathology and 4 cases with clinical and imaging features,All 33 cases with CT and 18 cases with MRI were analysed retrospectivey.Results 33cases including acoustic neuromas(7 cases), meningiomas(4 cases),astrocytomas(3 cases),digodendroglioma(1 cases),ependymomas(2 cases),angioreticulomas (2 cases),medulloblastomas (2 cases),trigeminal neuromas (2 cases),cholesteatom(1 case), arachnoid cyst(1 case),single metastases (2 cases) were proved with pathology;other four cases were proved metastases(4 cases) with clinical and imaging features.Conclusion CT and MRI can show obviously posterior fossa tumors according to their different location and features.
