2005年济宁市部分化妆品卫生现状调查

目的]了解济宁市化妆品卫生质量状况，为化妆品的卫生监督与管理提供科学依据。方法]2005年对济宁市11家化妆品生产单位和37家化妆品经营单位进行检查，并随机抽取不同种类化妆品进行卫生质量检测。结果]化妆品生产单位厂房、卫生设施和生产过程卫生完全合格的有5家；市售化妆品标识、标签合格率86．4％；抽检化妆品总合格率81．7％，微生物超标是造成合格率低的主要原因，市售化妆品细菌总数合格率高于生产厂家，二者差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论]济宁市化妆品存在的卫生问题较多，应引起有关部门的高度重视，强化对化妆品生产经营的卫生监督，保护消费者的健康。

Survey on Hygienic State of Cosmetics of Ji'ning City in 2005

Objective]To understand hygienic state of cosmetics in Jining city, and provide scientific bases for cosmetic survey and management.Methods]11 cosmetic factories and 37 stores, supermarkets and cosmetic selling stalls were surveyed.Different kinds of samples were randomly taken.Results]The hygienic conditions of the workplaces,sanitary equipments in 5 cosmetic factories were up to standard.The qualified rate of general labeling of cosmetics sold in Jining city was 86.4%,The general qualified rate of the cosmetics was 81.7%.The main reason for the lower qualified rate was that the content of microorganism was over the standard.The qualified rate of the total number of the microorganism sold in cosmetics was higher than that of the cosmetics from the factories.There is a significant difference.(P<0.05).Conclusion]There were much more problems in cosmetics in Jining.In order to protect consumers' health, the related government should pay more attention and strengthen supervision and management on them.
