生物降解吻合环在108例肠道吻合术中的应用

目的探讨生物降解吻合环在肠道吻合术中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2002年1月至2005年11月108例使用吻合环行不同肠吻合术患者的临床资料。结果108例中行小肠-小肠端端吻合术2例，回肠-结肠端端吻合术74例，结肠-结肠端端吻合术23例，结肠-直肠端端吻合术9例。2例因小肠肠管的直径太小致吻合失败，106例吻合过程顺利。术后发生吻合口漏2例，占1．8％。术后无吻合口出血及吻合口狭窄，无手术死亡。结论肠吻合术时使用吻合环具有操作简便快捷，效果安全可靠等优点。

Intestinal anastomosis using biofragmentable anastomosis ring, a report of 108 cases

Objective To investigate the value of biofragmentable anastomosis ring in intestinal anastomosis. Methods Clinical data of 108 cases with biofragmentable anastomosis ring for intestinal anastomosis between January 2002 and November 2005 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 108 cases, jejunojejunostomy was performed in 2, ileocolostomy in 74, colocolostomy in 23, colorectostomy in 9. Two of the anastomosis were failed because of the small caliber of the intestine. Anastomotic leakage developed in 2 (1. 8% ). No postoperative anstomotic bleeding or stenosis occured. There was no operative mortality in this group. Conclusion Intestinal anastomosis with biofragmentable ring is an easy, rapid and safe procedure.
