| 摘 要： | 耐药菌，尤其是耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA）的出现是抗生素广泛应用于临床后产生的越来越严重的难题：普通抗生素难以奏效，虽然万古霉素是MRSA感染的最有效的抗生素，临床上广泛应用可导致严重的不良反应，而且对万古霉素耐药的细菌已见报道。由抗生素应用引起的耐药性问题使国内外医药界把注意力转向具有抗菌活性的中草药，如何从中草药中筛选出抗耐药菌的活性成分引起更多的关注，本文介绍抗耐药菌中草药成分的研究进展。

| Abstract: | The appearance of drug-resistant bacteria,especially methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus（MRSA） ,becomes a more and more serious problem since antibiotics were used in clinic ：common antibiotics can not have the intended effect, although vancomycin （VCM）is the most effective antibiotics for MRSA infections,clinical use often results in unexpected side effects and development of infections by VCM-resistant enterococci（VRE）. So much attention was paid to how to screen active components out of Chinese herbal medicine. This article introduced the research advances on Chinese herbal medicine component with activity against drug-resistant bacteria. |
