摘    要:目的:了解上海交通大学医学院02-03级临床医学和口腔医学专业七年制学生临床阶段培养过程的现状,提出改进意见。方法:采用抽样调查、座谈会及问卷调查等形式,从多角度了解七年制学生培养过程的现状。结果:各培养环节平均得分都在8.0分以上。结论:医学院七年制临床医学及口腔医学专业的培养过程规范、有序,学生的知识、能力和素质符合人才培养要求,但在教学管理的有效性和过程记录的完整性等方面尚有待改进。

Investigation on teaching process in seven-year program of grade 02-03

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the teaching process in seven-year program of grade 02-03 by Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medieine(SJTU-SM),and to put forward some suggestions. Methods:By checking data and questionnaire and informal discussions, the relevant information was collected and analyzed by SPSS statistics software. Results.. The teaching process of seven-year program at SJTU-SM was basically satisfied. Conclusion:The investigation shows that the quality of teaching process is being improved. However,the quality guarantee system of teaching process needs to be further perfected.
