术尔泰预防坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎切口感染

目的探讨预防坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎切口感染的有效方法。方法对30例急性坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎(A组)分三组采用术中术尔泰冲洗切口,同时应用甲硝唑和庆大霉素抗感染,同期另30例急性坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎(B组)采用传统手术方法治疗,比较两组的切口感染率、切口愈合时间、慢性窦道发生率和住院费用。结果结果两组切口感染率分别为10%与36.6%(P<0.005),切口愈合时间为9.6d与24d(P<0.005),慢性窦道发生率3.3%与13.3%(P<0.005),住院费用2894.5元与4724.7元(P<0.005)。结论术中术尔泰冲洗切口结合有效抗生素应用可以明显降低坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎切口感染的发生率并明显节约医药费用。

Precaution of Wound Infection of Gangrened and Perforated Appendicitis by Shu Er Tai

Objective To explore the way to preventing incision's infection of gangrened and perforated appendicitis. Methods There were two groups of patients. Group A consisiting of 30 patients with gangrened and perforated appendicitis was given wound washing with Shu Er Tai to prevent wound infection, and metronidazole and gentamycin were administered at the same time. Meanwhile, 30 patients in group B received conventional treatment. Results Significant differences were found betewen the two groups in wound infection rate, wound healing days, chronic fistula rate and hospitalization expense (P<0. 005 ), which showed that group A had the advantage over group B. Conclusion Shu Er Tai wound washing combined with antibacterials can reduce the incision's infection rate in gangrened and perforated appendicitis and save the hospitalization costs apparent1y.
