| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及安全性。方法:急性脑梗死患者172例,给予0.9%生理盐水100ml+尤瑞克林0.15PNA静脉滴注,每日1次,连用7-14d。同时针对性地使用抗血小板药物、病因治疗及神经康复治疗,于治疗前后评定神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS)评分、ADL(ADL量表)及临床疗效,监测血液流变学指标及血尿常规、血糖、血脂、肝肾功能,详细记录不良反应。结果:治疗后,轻、中、重型脑梗死患者的NIHSS评分、ADL评分及血液流变学指标均有明显改善(P<0.05),临床疗效有效率达84.30%。不良反应少且轻微、易处理。结论:尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死安全、有效,副作用少而轻微,值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective:The efficacy and side-effects of Urinary Kallidinogenase in treating patients with acute cerebral infarction have been observed.Methods:172 patients diagnosed to have suffered acute cerebral infarction were treated with Kallidinogenase injection.The patients have been evaluated by NIHSS,ADL and FBO at the admission to Neurology Ward and at day 14 after initiating the therapy.Results:A significant improvement in NIHSS,ADL and FBO scores of these patients was noted.And 84.30% of them obtained satisfactory improvement.Conclusion:Kallidinogenase injection showed a relatively confirmative effect on the improvement of cerebral functions in patients with acute cerebral infarction.The side-effects were minimal and easy to be controlled.However,the exact efficacy needs further RCT clinical trials. |
