| 摘 要： | 目的：观察则察地区２７例和甘德地区３０例肝功能异常的患者红细胞免疫功能测定；方法：采用红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率和复合花环经试验；结果：两个地区肝功能异常患者的红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率均低于正常人对照组，而红细胞免疫复合物花环经高于正常人对照组；结论：在高原地区肝功能异常患者在治疗的同时，应纠正和改善红细胞免疫调节功能。

| Abstract: | In order to study the changes on RBC of patients with abnormal liver function at high altitude. Methods: 27 cases in Gangcha (above sea level 3300m) and 30 cases in Gande (4060m) were examined on RCHA and RICA and compared with control. Results:The RCHA in patientgroups was lower than that in control (P<0.01)and reversely in RICA (P<0.01). Conclusions: The immunologic function of RBC would be improved with the treatment of patients with abnormal liver function. |
