| 摘 要： | 临床研究已经证实雄激素在骨质疏松症病因学中具有重要的作用，但其在航天失重环境所导致骨量丢失中的作用仍然还不是十分清楚。本文就近年来有关失重引起机体中雄激素水平的变化，以及雄激素对骨质疏松的作用进行了综述。另外，对雄激素可能参与航天失重导致骨质丢失发生以及在预防和治疗中的作用也进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | It has been proved clinically that androgen plays an important role in the etiology of osteoporosis. But it is still not clear whether it takes part in the bone loss induced by weightlessness during spaceflight. The purpose of this article is to discuss the change of androgen induced by weightlessness, and its role in the weightlessness induced-oesteoporosis. The mechanism of androgen in the pathogenesis of bone loss induced by weightlessness, and the possibility of its usage in prevention and therapy, were also discussed. |
