| 摘 要： | 为探讨上海市社区卫生服务可持续发展的道路，对改制的五个社区卫生服务中心在组织网络、机构设置、服务网络、服务模式、服务内容、运行机制、社会效益等方面和未改制的街道医院进行比较研究，结果显示：社区卫生废烽完善了卫生服务策略后，拓展了服务功能，增加了服务项目，解决了社区近７５％的医疗卫生问题，有持续发展能力，是上海市社区卫生服务的必由之路。本文还就其它问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | For probing into sustainable development of community health service center(CHSC)in urban Shanghai,a study on the orgamization network,service network,service models,service contents,operating mechanism,social benefit of community service centers is carried out.The results show that the CHSC had strengthened service ftnction and increased service contents and solved 75% community health problems after reforming those sub distrect hospitals.The CHSC possess sustainable development ability and is the important way for community health service in urban Shanghai. |
