类风湿关节炎发病危险因素及治疗依从性的调查研究

目的探讨类风湿关节炎患者发病危险因素及影响其治疗依从性的原因。方法采用1：1匹配的方法，收集病例和对照各100例，进行单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果与类风湿关节炎发病危险性增加相关的因素有：阳性家族史、既往结核病史、曾在阴冷潮湿的环境中生活等。影响其治疗依从性的相关因素有：患者本人对该病基本知识了解甚少、经济困难、药物毒副作用等。结论类风湿关节炎的发病与治疗和多因素相关，避免一些不利因素，可减少类风湿关节炎的发生及提高其治疗依从性。

Investigation of the risk factors and the compliance of treatment in rheumatoid arthritis.

Objective To study the risk factors and the reasons affecting the compliance of treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 100 cases and controls were collected respectively by 1 ： 1 matching method. Then, these cases were analyzed by single-factor analysis and by multiple factors logistic regression analysis. Results The factors associated with increased risk of rheumatoid arthritis were as followed： positive family history, past history of tuberculosis, and live in cold and damp environment. Factors related to affect the compliance of treatment were as followed： less knowledge of this disease, economic difficulties, drugs＇ toxic and side effects. Conclusion The incidence and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis are related to multiple factors. Avoiding some of the unfavorable factors can decrease the incidence of rheumatoid arthritis and increase the compliance of treatment.
