| 摘 要： | 目的介绍治疗重度有机磷农药中毒呼吸衰竭的体会。方法对25例急性有机磷农药中毒（AOPP）呼吸衰竭患者,应用机械通气等综合治疗。结果抢救成功23例,死亡2例。结论早期应用机械通气呼吸支持,救治有机磷农药中毒呼吸衰竭患者,能够提高抢救成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the methods and experience of salvaging respiratory failure patients from severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods Means of mechanical ventilation was employed in the salvage of ：25 patients suffering from acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Results The comprehensive means involving the use of mechanical ventilation succeeded in salvaging 23 of the total patients, with only two cases dead. Conclusion The employment of mechanical ventilation at the early stage as a means of respiratory support can significantly increase the success rate in salvaging patients with respiratory failure from prganophosphorus pesticide poisoning. |
