颌骨肿瘤手术前后血清无机盐及ALP的分析

目的 :检测及分析血清钙磷镁及碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)在颌骨肿瘤中的作用与意义。方法 :对 32例颌骨肿瘤患者及 10名健康人进行了血清无机盐和ALP测定及t检验。结果 :肿瘤组钙磷镁和ALP均高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。恶性肿瘤组钙磷镁和ALP高于良性肿瘤组 ,其中钙磷差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,镁和ALP差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。颌骨大肿瘤获得与恶性肿瘤相同的结果。颌骨肿瘤手术前后钙磷差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,镁和ALP高于手术前 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :颌骨肿瘤的钙磷镁和ALP的含量是增高的 ,它受肿瘤的良恶性度、大小及手术的刺激而变化 ,它们可能在颌骨肿瘤破骨与成骨之间起调节作用

A Comparative Analysis of Contents of Serum Inorganic Salts and Alkaline before and after Operation in Patients with Jaw Tumors

Objective:To verify the contens of Ca,P,Mg and ALP in the patients with jaw tumors and to analyze its effect.Methods:The contents of serum inorganic salts and ALP in the 32 patients with jaw tumors and 10 healthy volunteers were determined ,and comparative analysis was taken by t_test.Results:Ca,P,Mg,ALP levels were higher in tumor group than that in normal group in which there was significant difference except Ca (P<0.05). Meanwhile the Ca,P,Mg,ALP were higher in malignant tumor group or big tumor group as well as postoperation group than in benign tumor group or small tumor group or preoperation group in which there were no obvious difference in Ca and P(P>0.05),and significant difference in Mg and ALP (P<0.05).Conclusion:The contents Ca,P,Mg and ALP were increased especially in malignant and big tumor or stimulation of operation and it has an important regulation role between the activity of osteoblast and osteoclast in jaw tumors.
