The Role of Evidence-based Medicine in Clinical Research Project Assessment

To analysis medical research project assessment which is related to clinical research from the perspective of evidence-based medicine.Problems were from the foundation assessment,process evaluation and outcome assessment.When we consider the value of the clinical research projects,not only according to the burden of disease,but also based on the results of systematic reviews which were reflected an overview of current research.In addition,when evaluating whether the content of the project was innovation,we need to make systematic reviews first.The authors considered that methods of research projects should proceed from the clinical research methodologically,according to the characteristics of different types of research we put forward relevant requirements.The process assessment should be focused on examining the implementation according to plan,how to complete with high quality,not only for the assessment of the workload.Outcome evaluations need to be considered clinical research transformation and whether they have contributed to clinical practice,rather than falling only rewards,patents,papers ect.With the development of clinical medicine,new content should be added on the assessments of clinical research project.
