| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨自体耳甲软骨与固体硅胶假体联台植入进行隆鼻的方法.方法:取适当的耳甲软骨,固定在L形硅胶假体鼻尖部,置入鼻背筋膜下,进行隆鼻.结果:本组86例,术后随访6月-2年,鼻部外形自然,没有发生假体下滑、移位、脱出,效果满意.结论:应用耳甲软骨联合硅胶假体可以增加鼻尖部自体组织的厚度,从而可避免假体移位、下滑以及外露...

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the method of autologous ear cartilage implanting a solid silicone prosthesis for rhinoplasty.Methods:We made some ear cartilage fixed to the nasal tip of L-shaped silicone prosthesis,and placed it under the Dorsum fascia for rhinoplasty.Results:86 patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years after surgery,the nose was shaped naturally,with no prosthesis decline,displacement,prolapse,the effect was satisfactory Conclusion:The rhinoplasty can increase the thickness of autologous... |
