| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects on children nephritis of anaphylactoid purpura after leaving hospital.Methods： 51 cases of nephritis of anaphylactoid purpura after leaving hospital were divided into two groups： the test group of 26 cases with oral administration of radix astragali granula and the control group of 25 patients oral administration of persantine,prednisone,the traditional Chinese medicine and symptomatic treatment.All of 51 patients were followed up.Results： The urine samples of 2 children were abnormal on routine in the test group,and 8 cases in the control group.Compared with the control group,there were remarkably different between the two groups（p0.05）.Conclusion： Radix astragali granula could protect the kidney of the children with nephritis of anaphylactoid purpura after leaving hospital by reducing the abnormality of urine and decreasing recurrence of nephritis. |
