| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the incidence in patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS)and serious hepatitis.Methods: Clinical cases of serious hepatitis were retrospectively studied and the clinical features mortality were investigated.Results:In this study,the incidence of SIRS in serious hepatitis was 60%.The accumulative survival rates were 25% and 60.4% respectively in two groups(p<0.01).Conclusions: The presence of SIRS is a major independent prognostic factor in patients with serious he... |
