农村中学生艾滋病知识健康教育的效果评价

目的 了解海南省中学生艾滋病知识水平，评价对中学生进行艾滋病健康教育的效果。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法抽取琼海农村两个乡镇分别作为实验组和对照组，对实验组中学生开展性健康与艾滋病健康教育课程讲授及观看影视录像等。比较实验组中学生在教育干预前后预防艾滋病知识水平的差异。结果中学生艾滋病知识知晓率从干预前的48．97％提高到干预后的79.69％，远高于对照组。结论对中学生进行健康教育的效果是良好的，教育的方式方法是可行并值得推广的。

Evaluation of the effect of AIDS knowledge health education on middle school students in rural area

Objective To understand AIDS knowledge level in middle school students in Hainan province and evaluate the results in disseminating AIDS knowledge among middle school students. Methods Two districts one as the intervention group and the other as control group were selected by randomized cluster-sampling from the rural area of Qionghai city. Sexual health education courses including TV programs and vcdwere offered to middle school students in the intervention group and the knowledge attained was disseminated to their families and the people around them . The results in the two groups before and after the intervention were compared. Results The level of AIDS knowledge in the students of the intervention group was enhanced from 48.97% before intervention to 79.69% after intervention, higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Health education is a effective method for disseminating AIDS knowledge among middle school students. Thus it is worthy to be popularized.
