胃黏膜病变组织环氧合酶-2和三叶因子1的表达及意义

目的探讨环氧合酶-2(COX-2)和三叶因子1(TFF1)在胃黏膜病变过程中的变化规律和所起的作用。方法用免疫组化染色法检测88例经胃镜和病理确诊的不同胃黏膜病变患者的病变组织中COX-2、TFF1的表达,探讨两者的关系及变化规律。结果COX-2从浅表性胃炎→萎缩性胃炎→肠腺化生→异型增生→胃癌中的表达逐渐增强,而TFF1的表达逐渐减弱,COX-2与TFF1呈负相关(r=-0.397,P<0.01)。结论胃黏膜病变从浅表性胃炎→萎缩性胃炎→肠腺化生→异型增生→胃癌的变化过程中,COX-2、TFF1表达的异常在其中发挥重要作用。

Expression and Significance of Cyclooxygenase-2 and Trefoil factor 1 in affection tissue of gastric mucous membrane

Objective It is to study the change regularity and their function of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) and trefoil factor 1(TFF1) in affection tissue of gastric mucous membrane.Methods The expressions of COX-2 and TFF1 in the tissue of 88 patients with different gastric mucous membrane affection finally diagnosed by gastroscopy and pathology examination were determined by immunohistochemistry staining method,so to study the change regularity and relationship between them.Results In the changing course of gastric mucous membrane affection from chronic superficial gastritis(CSG)→chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)→metaplasia of intestinal epithelium(IM)→gastric dysplasia(GD)→gastric cancer(GC),the expression of COX-2 gradually increased,while that of TFF1 progressively decreased. COX-2 was negatively correlated with TFF1(r=-0.616,P<0.01).Conclusions In the changing course of gastric mucous membrane affection from CSG→CAG→IM→GD→GC,COX-2 and TFF1 played an important role.
