联合用药治疗 AECOPD 的临床研究简

目的 比较不同联合用药方案治疗AECOPD下呼吸道肺炎克雷伯菌感染的有效性和安全性.方法 共纳入86例患者,分别采用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦联合莫西沙星治疗（观察组,n=44）和头孢哌酮/舒巴坦单药治疗（对照组,n=42）.结果观察组治疗有效率（91% vs 74%,P=0.037） 和细菌清除率（89% vs 72%,P=0.045）均显著高于对照组;观察组和对照组患者在体温恢复正常、白细胞计数恢复正常、肺部湿啰音消失所需时间以及药物不良反应发生率方面均无显著性差异 （均P〈0.05）.结论头孢哌酮/舒巴坦联合莫西沙星可有效治疗AECOPD下呼吸道肺炎克雷伯菌感染.

Clinical study of the combination therapy in patients with AECOPD

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of different antibiotic combination strategies in the treatment of AECOPD patients. Methods 86 AECOPD patients were randomly divided into two groups. The obser vation group （ n = 44） was given eefoperazone/sulbactam plus moxifloxacin treatment, and the control group （ n = 42 ） was treated with cefoperazone/sulbaetam. Results The total effective rate was 91% and the bacterial clearance was 89% in the observation group, which were higher than those in the control group （74% and 72% respectively）. The differences in time of body temperature returned to normal , white blood cell count back to normal, pulmonary time of rales disappeared and rates of adverse event between the two groups showed no statistical significance （ all P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Cefoperazone/sulbactam plus moxifloxacin is effective in the treatment of lower respiratory tract kleb- siella pneumonia infection of AECOPD.
