匹多莫德对支原体肺炎患儿免疫及炎性因子的影响

摘    要:目的探讨匹多莫德对支原体肺炎患儿免疫功能和血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法将我院收治的129例支原体肺炎患儿按照随机分层分组法分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在此基础上加用匹多莫德,观察两组患儿血清炎性因子水平、淋巴细胞亚群及预后情况。结果观察组血清炎性因子中IL-4、IL-6、IL-10及TNF-α含量均显著低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组CD+3T细胞和CD+4T细胞的绝对值及比例均显著高于对照组(P0.05),但观察组CD+8T细胞的绝对值及比例与对照组无显著差异(P0.05)。随访6个月,观察组患儿病情反复次数、持续时间及抗生素使用天数均显著少于对照组(P0.05),但两组不良反应发生率无显著差异(P0.05)。结论匹多莫德能显著提高患儿免疫功能,降低血清炎性因子水平,对于减少病情反复及持续时间具有重要的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of pidotimod on inflammatory cytokines and immunological function of children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods According to a stratified randomization method,129 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given azithromycin,and the observation group was given pidotimod on the basis of the control group.Their inflammatory cytokines,lymphocyte subsets and prognosis were observed.Results The serum levels of IL-4,IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P <0.05).The levels of CD3+ T cells and CD4+ T cells were obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05).However,there was no significant in CD8+T cells between the two groups (P >0.05).Followed for 6 months,the improvement of recurrent time frequency and duration and days with antibiotics was more pronounced in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the incidence of adverse reactions (P > 0.05).Conclusion Pidotimod can significantly improve immune function and reduce the level of inflammatory cytokines,which has important clinical value for reducing the recurrent time frequency and duration.
