胸腔镜治疗老年肺癌的临床价值

目的分析胸腔镜辅助小切口对于高龄老年肺癌患者的临床价值。方法选取高龄老年肺癌患者86例,分为两组,分别进行胸腔镜辅助小切口肺癌切除术与常规开胸术,对术中、术后指标分析。结果胸腔镜组的术中出血量、术后引流时间及住院时间、心律失常的发生率及并发症发生率均低于开胸组;氧分压、血氧饱和度、FEV1%及2年生存率均高于开胸组,手术时间及纵隔淋巴结清扫数与开胸组之间无差异。结论胸腔镜辅助小切口能够有效地治疗高龄老年肺癌。

Clinical value of thoracoscope in the treatment of elderly patients with lung cancer

Objective To analyze the clinical value of video-assisted mini-thoraeotomy in the treatment of elderly patients with lung cancer.Methods 86 elderly lung cancer patients in our hospital were selected for this study.The patients were divided into two groups according to the way of surgery.They were conducted video-assisted mini-thoraeotomy and open surgery,then the index of during surgery and post-surgery were observed.Results The blood loss during surgery,time of drainage after surgery,and duration of hospital stay was shorter in the thoracoscope group than in the open surgery group.The incidence of arrhythmia and complication was lower in the thoracoscope group than in the open surgery group （P ＜ 0.05）.There was no significant difference in surgery time and numbers of mediastinal lymph nodes cleaned （P ＞ 0.05）.The improvement of oxygen partial pressure,oxyhemoglobin saturation,FEV1 ％ and the survival rate after surgery in 2 years was more pronounced in the thoracoscope group than in the open surgery group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Video-assisted mini-thoraeotomy can effectively treat elderly patients with lung cancer.
