咸阳市２０１３年健康儿童脊髓灰质炎麻疹乙型脑炎及流行性脑脊髓膜炎抗体水平监测

摘要：目的　了解咸阳市１～７岁（不含７岁）健康儿童脊髓灰质炎（脊灰）、麻疹、乙型脑炎（乙脑） 及
流行性脑脊髓膜炎（流脑）免疫水平状况，评价预防接种效果。方法　采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ）
检测１～７岁健康儿童血清中脊灰、麻疹、乙脑及流脑ＩｇＧ 抗体，分析保护率。结果　咸阳市脊灰、麻疹、
乙脑及流脑ＩｇＧ 抗体阳性率分别为９４．６５％、９５．６７％、９４．０１％、８９．９４％；４ 种抗体保护水平均基本达到
了８５％以上；乙脑抗体阳性率以乾县（８３．６１％）和武功县（８５．００％） 为最低，流脑抗体阳性率以武功县
（７０．００％）和旬邑县（８５．００％）为最低，差异有统计学意义（犘＜０．０５）。结论　咸阳市１～７岁健康儿童
针对脊灰、麻疹、乙脑、流脑的抗体水平达到保护率，但应继续加强相关抗体水平监测工作，巩固计免工
作成效。

Surveys on antibodies against polio,measles, encephalitis and meningitis among healthy children aged 1-7 years in Xianyang of Shaanxi province in 2013

Objective To determine the antibody levels of polio, measles, encephalitis and meningitis among healthy children aged 1-7 years in Xianyang of Shaanxi province in 2013 for the evaluation of immunization effects. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assays （ELISA） were used to detect serum IgG antibodies against polio, measles, encephalitis and meningitis viruses among healthy children. Results The positive rates of IgG antibodies of polio, measles, encephalitis and meningitis were 94.65 %, 95.67%, 94.01% and 89.94%, respectively, all surpassed the protection level of 85%. The lowest positive rates of antibody against encephalitis were found in Qian county （83.61%） and Wugong county （85.00%）, while the positive rates of antibody against meningitis in Wugong county （70.00%） and Xunyi county （85.00%） were the lowest, which showed a significant difference compared to other counties （P〈0.05） . Conclusions In Xianyang, among children 1-7 years old, the antibody levels of polio, measles, encephalitis and meningitis IgG all reach national standard, indicating the successful vaccination among children in the area.
