咳嗽变异性哮喘患者血浆甲状腺激素含量研究

摘    要:目的 探讨咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患者急性加重期及缓解期血浆甲状腺激素含量变化及其临床意义.方法 应用电化学发光法测定48例CVA患者急性加重期和缓解期及35 例健康志愿者血浆三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT3)、甲状腺素(TT4)、促甲状腺素(TSH)、血浆三碘游离甲状腺素(FT3)和游离甲状腺素(FT4)的含量.同时检测动脉血中氧分压(PaO2),并分析CVA患者缺氧程度与甲状腺激素水平的相关性.结果 CVA急性加重期和缓解期TT3 、FT3、FT4含量与对照组相比明显降低(P〈0.01,P〈0.05);CVA患者急性加重期TT3、FT3和FT4含量显著低于缓解期(P〈0.05).CVA患者急性发作期血浆TT3、FT3、FT4水平与氧分压(PaO2)呈显著的正相关.结论 CVA患者血浆TT3、FT3、FT4 水平明显低于正常人,缺氧是导致CVA患者甲状腺激素含量变化的重要因素之一.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the change of thyroid hormone level in patients with cough variant asth-ma (CVA) and to explore its clinical significance. Methods Serum total triiodothyronine ( TT3 ), total thyroxine (TT4 ), thyroid-stimulating hormone ( TSH), free triiodothyronine ( FT3 ) and free thyroxine ( FT4 ) levels were ana lyzed by electro chemil in 48 cough variant asthma patients and 35 healthy controls. Partial pressure ofarterial oxygen (PaO2 ) and its correlation with thyroid hormone level were also detected. Results The levels of TF3 , FT3 and FT4 in the acute exacerbation group and the remission group were much lower than that in the controls (P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05 respectively), and the acute exacerbation group was much lower than the remission group (P 〈 0. 05). Serum TF3 , FT3 and FT4 levels were positively correlated with PaO2. Conclusion The results above indi cate that the serum levels of TI3 , FT3 and FT4 in CVA patients are lower than those in the healthy controls, and hy poxia may be an important factor causing the altered thyroid hmnone level.
