| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CRP、IL-1β、TNF-α在老年COPD的水平及临床意义。方法病例选取2012.6~2013.4在我院呼吸科诊治的26例老年COPD和26例健康体检者纳入对照组,检测并比较两组血清CRP、IL-1β、TNF-α水平。结果对照组血清CRP、IL-1β、TNF-α的水平较COPD组有显著性差异(P0.05);COPD组患者FEV1/FVC%水平与IL-1β、TNF-α、CRP的水平呈显著负相关(P0.05)。结论 CRP、IL-1β、TNF-α等细胞因子在老年COPD的发病及急性加重中起重要作用,而且与机体的系统性炎症反应有密切关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical significance of CRP,IL-1β,TNF-α in the blood serum of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 26 elderly patients with COPD from Jun 2012 to Apr 2013 were selected as the observation group,and 26 healthy people were taken as the control group.Their levels of CRP,IL-1 β and TNF-α were detected.Results The levels of CRP,IL-1β,TNF-α were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group （P ＜0.05）.In the observation group,the level of FEV1/FVC％ was negatively related with the levels of IL-1β,TNF-α and CRP （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion CRP,IL-1 β and TNF-α play important roles in the development and exacerbation of COPD,and they are closely related to systemic inflammatory reaction. |
