多项联合治疗胃食道返流继发哮喘的临床观察简

目的 探讨多项联合治疗对胃食道返流继发哮喘的临床疗效.方法 随机选择我院胃食道返流继发哮喘患者50例,随机分为：对照组26例,给予常规与奥美拉唑治疗;观察组24例,给予多项联合治疗.比较两组疗效、哮喘症状评分及消失时间等的差异.结果 观察组治疗有效率为95.38%,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组哮喘症状评分与常见症状消失时间均显著低于对照组（均P〈0.05）;观察组患者的肺功能及血细胞因子指标改善明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论 多项联合治疗胃食道返流继发哮喘症状控制更好,药物具有安全性高.

Clinical observation of combination therapy for asthma caused by gastroesophageal reflux

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of combination therapy for asthma caused by gastroe sophageal reflux （GER）. Methods 180 asthma patients caused by GERD were selected and divided into two groups. The observation group （n = 90） was given combination therapy, and the control group （n = 96 ） was given conventional therapy of antiinflammatory and omeprazole. Asthma symptom scores, time of symptoms disappeared and effective rate were compared. Results After the treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was 95.38% , which was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The scores of asthma symptom and the time of common symptoms disappeared time were significantly lower in the observation group than in the con trol group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The improvement of lung function and blood cell factor index was more pronounced in the ob servation group than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The combination therapy for asthma patients caused by GER is better with high safety.
