| 摘 要： | 在医疗体制改革中，如何配置卫生资源，提高它的利用效率正成为一个重要的研究课题。该文运用微观经济学弹性理论，结合连续3年的历史资料对江苏省卫生人力、床位资源利用状况进行动态分析，并提出一些提高其利用效率的建议。

| Abstract: | With the reform of medical system many hospitals are facing the challenge of market competition, how to allocate all kinds of health resource becomes an important issue. In order to meet the needs of medical market and make full use of the limited resources, the article analyzed the medical service in Jiangsu province from the angle of the elasticity and put forward some suggestions on improving efficiency. |
