| Abstract: | Several highlighted points in the researches of apoptosis were reviewed, including the main problems ignored by apoptosis researchers, the latest advances on the correlation between Bcl-2 and capase-3, the regulation of apoptosis and new drug designs on the basis of three- dimensional structure of the key proteins in the regulation of apoptosis. |
