新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤细胞退行性变方式的超微结构研究

摘    要:目的 :研究新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤后脑细胞退行性变方式。方法 :对 7日龄 SD大鼠采用左侧颈总动脉永久性结扎联合 7.7%低氧吸入 1 h复制模型。分别在复氧后4h,2 4 h,72 h,1周取材 ,利用电镜技术观察颈总动脉结扎侧海马皮质部神经元的超微结构。结果 :神经元退行性变形式包括坏死、杂合体、凋亡、脂性退变及暗细胞。结论 :新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤神经元退行性变形式多样。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the neuron degeneration of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) in neonatal rat. Methods: HIE of 7d rat pups was induced by ligation of the arteria carotis communis sinistra and inhalation of 7.7% oxygen at 36℃ for 1h. The left hippocampus cerebral cortex was removed at different recovery time points(4h,24h,72h,1week), and their ultrastructure was investigated electro-microscopically. Results: morphologically, The neuron degeneration of HIE could be classified as classic apoptotic phenotype, hybrid phenotype, lipid degeneration phenotype, classic necrotic phenotype, dark cell phenotype. Conclusion: This neuron degeneration of HIE in neonatal rats displayed a morphological diversity.
