胸腹联合经路治疗贲门癌16例报告

目的 探讨胸腹联合经路在贲门癌治疗中的应用价值.方法 回顾性总结我院1990年1月至2005年6月手术治疗的26例贲门癌临床资料,其中,16例采用胸腹联合经路根治手术.结果 本组切除食管长均在6 cm以上,无一例手术死亡.纵隔淋巴结转移18.8%(3/16);取幽门上、下淋巴结活检,12例贲门癌中2例阳性,4例胃体癌中2例阳性.术后因肺部感染死亡1例.术后随访1年以上14例,有胸骨后灼感等返流性食管炎症状者14.3%(2/14),其余病例无明显不适.结论 胸腹联合经路切除贲门癌,视野好,肿瘤切除范围广泛,淋巴结清扫彻底,不易造成肿瘤复发.

Abdomino-Thoracic Incision of Treatment of Cardiac Cancer(Review of 16 Cases)

Objective To investigate the value of abdomino-thoracic incision of treatment of cardiac cancer.Methods Retrospectively reviewed the data of 26 patients with cardiac cancer 16 patients underwent radical operation by abdomino-thoracic incision.Results No patient died though their esophagus was remove over 6 cm.3 patients were found with tumor metastasis in node of mediastinum,positive rate was 18.8%(3/16).Suprapyloric or subpyloric lymph nodes were biopsied. 2 patients were positive among 12 patients with cardiac cancer.2 cases were positive among 4 patients with stomach cancer.1 patient died because of pulmonary infection.14 patients were follow-up 1 year or more.2 cases felt burning sensation because of gastroesophageal reflex disease.The rate was 14.3%(2/14).The others had no bad syndrome.Conclusions The treatment of cardiac cancer by abdomino-thoracic incision could provide good version enough,complete removing nodes and low recurrent.
