中西医结合治疗152例胫腓骨骨折临床分析

目的探讨中西医结合分期治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折的临床疗效及观察并发症的发生率。方法对152例胫腓骨骨折患者采用分期治疗：Ⅰ期临时固定（伤后1~3d），Ⅱ期创伤修复（伤后3-20d），Ⅲ期最终固定（伤后3周后）。结果经过15个月的跟踪随访，胫腓骨骨折一期愈合135例，占88．81％；延迟愈合17例，占11.19％；骨不连发生率为0。并发症发生率：切口感染18例，占11．84％；胫骨钢板内固定者钢板外露6例，占3．95％，延迟愈合17例，占11．19％。结论中西医结合分期治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折能够提高骨折愈合率，减少并发症。

Integrated Treatment of 152 eases of fracture of the tibia and fibula

Objective Evaluate the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment phases open fracture of the tibia and fibula Clinical Observation and the incidence of complications. Method. 152 cases of patients with a fracture of tibia and fibula treatment phases： Phase Ⅰ temporary fixed （at 1 to 3 d）, Phase Ⅱ wound healing （3 to 20 after injury d）, Ⅲ eventually fixed period （three weeks after the injury）.Result After 15 months of follow-up tracking, a tibi＇ and fibula fracture healing 135 cases, accounting for 88.81 percent; 17 cases of delayed healing, acconnting for 11.19%; nonunion rate was 0. The complieation rate： 18 cases of wound infection, accounting for 11.84 percent; tibial plate fixation plate exposed to six cases, accounting for 3.95 percent, 17 cases, of delayed healing, or 11.19 percent,. Conclusion Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in phases to improve the treatment of open fracture of tibia and fibula fracture healing and reduce comphcations.
