血清总胆汁酸测定在肝病的临床应用

目的:了解血清总胆汁酸(TBA)测定在各种肝病的临床应用价值。方法:用酶法测定各种肝病患者的血清TBA含量,同时测定天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST),和丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)的含量,进行对比分析。结果:血清TBA在各种肝病中均明显升高,与正常组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:血清TBA测定是判断肝脏损害的一项敏感指标,对观察病情发展和判断疾病预后及治疗有重要指导意义。

Detection of Serum TBA in Hepatic Diseases Clinical Significance

Objective To study the clinical signifcance of alteration of the level of serum TBA in various hepatic diseases.Methods Comparsion of enzymatic was used to detect the level of TBA and of AST,ALT in various hepatic diseases,the results were compared and analyzed.Results Serum TBA levels had significantly high in various hepatic diseases.compared with that of the control group,the difference was very significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Serum TBA can be used as one of sentitive marker to judge the extent of damage to liver in pationts with progressive liver damage;in observing advance of illness and judging therapeutic efficacy and prognosis had important clinical significance.
