甲状腺机能亢进患者血浆儿茶酚胺测定

摘    要:本文测定18例甲状腺机能亢进(甲亢)患者,经抗甲状腺药物治疗后所致8例甲状腺机能减退(甲减)患者及23例对照的血清TT_3、TT_4及TSH和血浆儿茶酚胺(CA)含量,结果为甲减患者血浆去甲肾上腺素(NE)及肾上腺素(E)浓度明显高于对照组,而甲亢患者二者与对照组无显著性差异。CA含量与甲状腺疾病人的血压、心率及TT_4含量均分别无相关关系。

Abstract:Metabolic effects induced by thyroid hormone are similar to those by stimulating noradrenergic receptors. In order to investigate the possible involvement of the sympathetic nervous system in thyroid disorder, plasma epinephrine and norepinephrine were measured in 26 thyroid disorder cases and 23 normal controls. The plasma epinephrine and norepinephrine levels significantly increased in patients with hypothyroidism and remained normal in patients with hyerthyroidism, There, were no linear correlation between norepinephrine level and blood pressure, heart rate, thyroid hormone in thyroid disorders.
