掌背动脉皮瓣修复手指全厚皮烧伤

目的:探讨应用掌背动脉皮瓣修复手指全厚皮烧伤的治疗效果.方法:运用掌背第12动脉皮瓣修复创面20例,掌背第3,4动脉皮瓣修复创面16例;36例均为局限性全层皮肤损伤创面.结果:36例皮瓣完全成活,其中有2例皮瓣远端发生表皮坏死,经过治疗后均痊愈;34例皮瓣颜色、质地、外形、运动和感觉功能良好.结论:应用掌背动脉皮瓣修复手指全厚皮烧伤创面,可以就近取材,手术创伤小,便于操作,成活率高,术后皮瓣较美观,不影响手指功能,是修复手指缺损的较好方法.

Clinical Observation of Reparing Full-thickness Skin Burn with Palm-Back Artery Flap

Objective： To explore the therapeutic efficacy of repairing full - thickness skin burn of finger with palm -back artery flap. Method： 20 cases were repaired with the first and the second arteries flap in the palm back, 16 cases were treated with the third and fourth arteries flap in the palm back. All of the patients had full - thickness skin injury. Result： 36 patients＇ flaps were survived. Of them, 2 patients had epidermis necrosis in distal flap, but healed after treatment. The rest 34 patients＇ flap were very well in color, texture, appearance, motor and sensation function. Conclu- sion ： It is a better method to repair full - thickness skin burn in finger with palm - back artery flap since it is easy and convenient to have the flap materials; it only has minor surgery wound; it is simple to have operation; it has higher survival rate ; it has the results of beautiful appearance of post - operation and good finger function.
