自体疣包埋术联合斯奇康治疗扁平疣的研究

目的了解自体疣包埋术联合斯奇康治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法治疗组50例，予自体疣包埋术联合斯奇康2ml肌注隔日1次，共4周。对照组38例，给予斯奇康2ml肌注隔日1次，共4周。结果治疗组50例，总有效率84％，对照组38例，总有效率63．16％，两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（Х^2=5．002。P〈0．05）。结论自体疣包埋术联合斯奇康治疗扁平疣是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Curative Effects of Self-Wart Embedded Operation Combined with BCG-Polysaccharide Nucleic Acid for Verruca Plana

Objective To study the efficacy of the mixture of self-wart embedded operation with BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid for verruca plana（VP）. Methods 88 cases with VP were divided into two groups randomly. Group A（ treatment group,n = 50） were given 2 ml the mixture of self-wart embedded operation and BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid, and Group B（ control group, n = 38） given 2 ml BCG-Polysaccharide nucleic acid, intramuscular injection, once every other day, the cure course was 4 weeks. Results The total efficient rate was 84% in group A and 63.16% in group B, the difference between beth groups has statistical significance（Х^2 =5. 002,P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The serf-wart embedded operation combined with BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid is a safe and effective for VP.
