齐拉西酮导致精神分裂症患者QTc间期延长的对照研究

目的：探讨齐拉西酮对精神分裂症患者QTc间期延长的影响。方法：将97例精神分裂症患者分为研究组及对照组，分别使用齐拉西酮及利培酮治疗，在用药前及用药后第1、2、4、8周分别检查心电图，比较两组的QTc间期。结果：（1）齐拉西酮组与利培酮组用药后的QTc间期都较基线有所延长，齐拉西酮显著高于基线（P〈0．01），而利培酮则无统计学意义（P〉0．05），反映出齐拉西酮对QTc延长的影响强于利培酮；（2）两组内部用药后复查4次心电图，QTc结果之间的差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05），反映出两种药物对QTc间期的影响与疗程关系并不明显；（3）两组QR间期均无达到异常标准的病例。结论：齐拉西酮使心电图QTc延长强于利培酮，虽然QTc延长的程度在正常参考值范围内，仍需临床医生给予关注。

A control study of QTc interval prolongation caused by ziprasidone in schizophrenia

Objective:To explore the side effect of ziprasidone on QTc interval prolongation.Methods:97 cases with schizophrenia were divided into study group and control group.The two groups were respectively treated by single ziprasidone or risperidone.The cases were respectively examined with electrocardiograms before and after the treatment in 1st,2nd,4th,and 8th week.Then the data of QTc interval were compared between the two groups.Results:(1) QTc interval after the treatment was prolonged than that after the treatment in two groups.And it was significant prolonged than the baseline in ziprasidone group(P<0.01),but in risperidone group the statistical differences was not found between QTc interval after the treatment and the baseline(P>0.05).These shown the effect of ziprasidone on QTc interval prolongation was stronger than risperidone.(2) In the interior of two groups,the statistical differences were not found among 4 times QTc intervals after the treatment(P>0.05).It shown the relationship was not compact between QTc interval prolongation caused by ziprasidone or risperidone with the course of treatment.(3) In two groups,there was no case of QTc interval was above normal range.Conclusions: Ziprasidone to cause QTc interval prolongation is stronger than fisperidone.Although the extent of QTc interval prolongation is in the normal range,clinical doctors still pay particular attention to QTc interval prolongation caused by ziprasidone.
