复方当归补血作用的研究

目的：研究复方当归对小鼠的补血作用。方法：雌性小鼠随机分组，考察对正常小鼠血常规的影响；应用实验动物模型，考察复方当归对失血性血虚组、化学损伤性血虚小鼠的治疗效果。结果：复方当归对正常小鼠血常规影响不是太大，而失血性血虚、化学损伤性组小鼠的红细胞数（RBC）、血红蛋白含量（Hb）和骨髓有核细胞数及脾重量均明显高于模型组。结论：复方当归血虚小鼠有明显的抗贫血作用，并能促进骨髓及脾脏的造血功能。

Experimental Study on Effect of Compound Angelica on Enriching Blood

Objective： To observe the enriching blood effect of Compound angelica in mice. Method： Models of expenmental animals were applied to research the effect of Compound angelica on health mice, hemorrhagic anemia mice and chemical damage anemia mice. Result： Compound angelica can obviously increased Hb, RBC, monocyte nucleated ceils and the weight of spleen in mice. Conclusion： Compound angelica has obvious antianemic effect on hemorrhagic anemia mice and chemical damage anemia mice, it also can promote hematopoietic function of bone marrow and spleen.
