中心静脉导管行胸腔闭式引流在结核性胸腔积液中的应用观察

目的探讨中心静脉导管行胸腔闭式引流在结核性胸腔积液中的应用效果。方法选择东方市第二人民医院2009年2月至2011年2月结核性胸腔积液患者80例,患者被随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用中心静脉导管行胸腔闭式引流,对照组采用胸腔穿刺抽液。记录两组患者退热、胸闷气促缓解时间;记录两组患者胸腔积液吸收时间。结果观察组退热、胸闷气促缓解、胸腔积液吸收时间分别与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为97.5%,对照组总有效率为77.5%,观察组疗效显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中心静脉导管行胸腔闭式引流能够缩短退热、胸闷气促等临床症状缓解时间,促进胸腔积液吸收,临床效果显著,值得借鉴。

Observation on the Application of Closed Thoracic Drainage by Central Venous Catheter in the Tuberculous Pleural Effusion

Objective To discuss the application effect of closed thoracic drainage by central venous catheter in the tuberculous pleural effusion.Methods 80 cases with tuberculous pleural effusion from Feb.2009 to Feb.2011 of Dongfang City Second People′s Hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Central venous was used with closed thoracic drainage in observation group,while pleural puncture fluid was used in control group.The remission time of antipyretic,chest distress,anhelation and absorption time of pleural effusion were recorded.Results There were statistical significant differences in the remission time,antipyretic,chest distress,anhelation and absorption time of pleural effusion between the two groups(P<0.05);the total effective rate was 97.5% in observation group and 77.5% in control group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Central venous catheter used in closed thoracic drainage can shorten the remission time of antipyretic,chest distress,anhelation,and improve the absorption of pleural effusion.The efficacy is obvious,which is worth learning.
