羟基磷灰石眼座一期手术植入的临床探讨

目的 通过对羟基磷灰石眼座一期植入的手术效果分析．讨论手术时机的选择及术后并发症的预防。方法 对63例受伤同期或在伤后1月内行眼内容剜出 羟基磷灰石眼座植入术的病例手术效果进行分析。结果 63例病例，手术效果满意、无术后并发症者59例，2例并发结膜伤口裂开，经二次手术整复效果满意，2例有眼座位置下移，手术成功率93．6％。结论眼外伤后，一期行眼内容剜出术同时行羟基磷灰石眼座植入手术是一种可行的治疗原则。

The clinical investigation of primary hydroxyapatite orbital implantation

Objective To investigate the occasion and treatment of the postoperative complications of hydroxyapatite (HA)orbital implantation.Methods 63 eyes were treated with eye content enucleation and hydroxyapatite orbital implantation at the same time of trauma or within one month.Results The operation effect were satisfaction in 63 cases, 59 cases have no postoperative complications. There were various postoperative complications including 2 cases with conjunctiva disruption of wound had to undergo secondary orthomorphia, and 2 case with dislocation of implant. The operational successful rate was 93.6%.Conclusion It is considered that eye content enucleation and primary hydroxyapatite orbital implantation at the same time is one of the best selection after ocular trauma.
