昆明理工大学1000名大学生亚健康调查与分析

目的了解大学生健康状况,为高校的预防保健工作提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样调查的方法对我校1000名大学生进行了亚健康调查。结果调查学生中89·6%具有1种以上亚健康状态,具有6种以上亚健康状态者占16·3%。结论说明大学生中普遍存在亚健康状态,在高校中应大力开展健康教育,对学生的不良生活方式进行有效干预,减少亚健康状况。

Inferior Health Investigation and Analysis on 1000 University Students of Kunming Science and Engineering College

Objective Know the body condition of univensity students, offer scientific references to health pretection of colleges and univerties. Method Carry out inferior health examination on 1000 univensity students choosing the way of casual sample survey. Results 89.6% students investigated have over one kind of inferor health condtion, 16.3% students have over 6 kinds inferior health condition. Conclusion Inferior health condition is pervasive in university students, health education should be taken to a large degree in universities to interfere with the bad life styles and reduce inferior health conditions.
