应用FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期大肠癌23例疗效分析

目的　评价FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期大肠癌的疗效和毒性。方法　奥沙利铂(OXA) 85mg/m2 ,静脉滴注2h ,d1;亚叶酸钙(CF) 2 0 0mg/m2 ,静脉滴注2h ,d1～2 ,接5 氟脲嘧啶(5 Fu) 4 0 0mg/m2 静脉推注d1～2 ,再接5 Fu 6 0 0mg/m2 ,持续静脉滴注(civ) 2 2h ,d1～2 ,每两周为一周期。结果　全组2 3例患者,总有效率(CR +PR)为4 7.83% ,中位肿瘤进展时间(TTP)为8.3月。主要毒副反应为外周神经感觉异常、口腔粘膜炎、骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐和腹泻,但多为Ⅰ～Ⅱ度。结论　FOLOX4方案治疗晚期大肠癌疗效较高,毒副反应可耐受。

FOLFOX4 regimen in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer: A report of 23 cases

Objective To evaluate the effects and toxicities of FOLFOX4 regimen for treating patients with advanced colorectal cancer. Methods OXA 85 mg/m+2 was given intravenously 2 h,d1, CF 200 mg/m+2 iv 2 h followed by 5-Fu 400 mg/m+2 iv bolus plus 5-Fu 600 mg/m+2 iv continuous infusion 22 hours d1～2. Each cycle was in divided doses for a period up to 14 days. Results The overall response rate (CR+PR) was 47.83%, and a median time to progression was 8.3 months. The side effects were commonly seen with mild neuro-sensory toxicity, mucitis suppression of bone marrow, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting of grade I to II. Conclusion FOLFOX4 regimen is highly effective and well tolerated in treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.
