牙颌模型三维形态激光扫描及计算机模拟排牙研究

摘    要:介绍了一种牙颌模型激光三维形态扫描测量分析方法。采用激光二极管为扫描光源,巧妙地设计了两个CCD接受从被测物体上反射回来的漫反射光。机械装置使牙颌模型在沿水平横轴做前后方向往复旋转运动的同时,沿水平横轴做左右方向的水平位移,高精度均匀采集牙颌模型的三维形态,总精度可达0.03mm。在采集完牙颌模型的三维信息后,计算机随即可多方向显示出牙颌模型的逼真立体形态、测量出模型上任意点的三维坐标值、线段长、角度值、牙弓弧形长度,可以依计划拔去一个或多个牙齿,然后在三维空间范围内进行排牙模拟,省去了在石膏模型上进行测量、分析、排牙的诸多不便。该方法精度高、速度快、直观性好,具有很高的临床使用价值。

Abstract:A new laser scanning and measurement method was introduced for dental model three-dimensional form. A laser diode was used as scanning light source, two CCDs (they were fixed specially) received the diffused light reflected from the dental model. The dental model rotating-moved back and forth, and horizontal nioved from one side to another along horizontal axis simultaneously. Whole dental model can be scanned in 3 minutes. general precision was up to 0. 03mm. The computer can display distinctly three-dimensional images of dental model in different directions and give three-dimensional coordinate data. distance. angle, and remove teeth and make set-up after scanning. With advantages of high precision, fast speed and excellent object, the new method can be of an important applied value in orthodontic clinic.
