生命质量评价领域及其权重值的确定方法

目的 :探讨生命质量评价领域及其权重值的确定方法。方法 :比较归纳法和推论法确定生命质量评价领域的优缺点 ,以及 Delphi (专家询问法 )、AHP(层次分析法 )、因子分析方法等赋予生命质量评价领域权重值的优缺点。结果 :采用归纳法确定的领域比较全面且合理 ,但是花费的时间多且人力、物力均大 ,而由推论法得到的结果比较局限但是实施起来节省时间、人力、物力 ;Delphi、AHP等属主观构权法 ,简单实用 ,因子分析法则属客观构权法 ,其数学理论性强 ,但不易解释。结论 :生命质量评价领域的确定和权重值赋予有主、客观的方法 ,它们各有其优缺点 ,在实际研究中应该根据具体情况结合运用

IDENTIFYING AND WEIGHTING DOMAINS(SUBSCALES)OF QUALITY OF LIFE ASSESSMENT

Objective: To investigate approaches in identifying and weighting domains (subscales) of quality of life assessment.Methods:We compared the strengths and weaknesses of induction and deduction approaches in identifying domains (subscales) and of Delphi consultancy,Analytic Hierarchy Process,and Factor Analysis in generating weights for the domains (subscales).Results:The domains (subscales) identified by induction are relatively comprehensive and justified,but this approach consumes relatively more resources.While the result gained through deduction is comparatively limited but it saves resources.Delphi consultancy and Analytic Hierarchy Process are subjective approaches,which are simple and practicable.Factor analysis is an objective approach with strong mathematical support,but their implications are difficult to explain.Conclusion:There are subjective and objective methods to identify domains (subscales) and to generate weights for the domains (subscales) in quality of life assessment.The different approaches have both strengths and weaknesses.The choice of these methods should consider the context of the research.
